Free printable pet tags that serve as a keepsake to hang on your car mirror, to place over a pet grave, to use as an ornament memento, or to place wherever you'd like to keep your pet's memory alive.
Digital download: One PDF file type that contains seven pages in US letter standard size paper (8.5 x 11 in). The shapes are as follows: House, Circle, Bone, Bee, Lizard, Butterfly, Bull, Cat, Bunny, Bear, Dog, Pig, Lamb, Elephant, Chickadee, Horse, Heart, Paw, Fox, Mouse, Penguin, Giraffe, Snake, Monkey, Frog, and Fish.
You can print the file from your personal printer however, please keep in mind the amount of ink and paper you will use. We also recommend using card stock as it is sturdier but you can use any preferred paper. You can also take the file to your local professional printer instead and have them print the file out for you.
Instructions: Print tag on chosen paper type. Cut tag along borders. Use a hole punch at the top of the tag. Tie twine or a ribbon through the hole. Write pet's name (optional: add dates). You can laminate tag to weather proof it. Attach the tag to chosen item/location.
